Sid Varma, CEO of Unilease VC, holds a master's in finance with a focus on hedge fund management from Monaco. With a background in asset management, he transitioned to investing in tech-enabled startups through private markets. Sid brings experience in seed and pre-Series A rounds, collaborating with founders across Europe, America, and India.

Ivan spearheads custom research initiatives for prominent VCs like Atomico, Accel, Five Seasons Ventures, and supranational agencies such as the European Innovation Council. Additionally, he collaborates with founders on strategic planning, growth, and fundraising, serving as a program manager in an accelerator. Ivan is often a speaker at conferences, sharing insights on startups, innovation, and venture capital.
Shreyas Deshmukh is a Product Manager at Google, leading new inventory growth and monetisation for sell-side ads products, building robust solutions that cater to millions of users globally. Previously, Shreyas was a product manager at Microsoft, leading office app growth on mobile devices. Shreyas is an advisor to several startups in the UN-SDG and has previously been a founder in health-tech and ed-tech ventures.
